CHALLENGE
The tube filling area faced significant challenges due to excessive heat and poor air distribution. The high ambient temperature made the working environment uncomfortable, affecting both employee productivity and operational efficiency. Traditional ventilation methods were insufficient to
combat the heat generated by the manufacturing processes.

SOLUTION
To address these issues, we proposed the installation of an Evapoler HCSUs, a high-performance evaporative air cooling system tailored for industrial applications. The unit was designed and installed to ensure optimal air circulation and temperature control in the affected area.
IMPLEMENTATION HIGHLIGHTS
