Ananta Institute cools it campus effectively with Evapoler
Background
Ananta Institute of HotelManagement & Allied Studies, is a new venture of reputed Goyal Group of companies in Jaipur. The Group is into Textile Exports, Hospitality (Five Star Hotels andResorts) and with Ananta Institute they have now entered the education industry as well. The institute is situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The Challenge
The campus of Ananta Institute is situated on the top floor of Goyal Group Headquarter Building and has a vast area of about 10,000 Sqft. As the institute is in Jaipur where the summer peak temperature touches 45 Degree C, it was a big worry for the management to cool the entire campuseffectively and energy efficiently.
The management had ruled out the possibility of Air Conditioner due to high operating expense but also wanted to go with some solution better than conventional Evaporative Air Washers.
Solution
Evapoler suggested the Ananta management with their new energy efficient, plastic body modular air-cooling units. Due to the modular nature and varying capacities these units can be installed individually for separate areas. It helped them save the cost of ducting and made it possible to cool only areas in need. With the evident benefits of the system Ananta management took no time to finalize the Evapoler Air Cooling System.
After a detailed study and analysis, Evapoler Installed 10 Modular Units with varying capacities to cover the Classes, Library, Reception, Kitchen and common areas of the institute.
Result
The Evapoler Units were commissioned in time with trial runs performed before the commencement of 2015 session. The temperature within the campus was very comfortable even in 45 Degree summer and the energy consumed for keeping the entire campus cool was just 1/10th compared to Air Conditioners. Students and Management both were very happy with the solution and management awarded us with a letter of appreciation for the same. Now the management is looking forward to repeat the solution for their upcoming expansion plans.
