Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Vidyalaya (MSMSV) was set up in 1984 by the Sawai Ram Singh Shilpa Kala Mandir Society, a trust set up by the Late His Highness Maharaja Sawai Man Singh. It is an English Medium Co-educational Senior Secondary School.

The Challenge

The School administration had a cooling requirement for their outdoor court spread across 10,000 Sq. Ft.

Although the court was a covered with a simple roof type configuration structure to protect it from weather conditions but during the summer season when outside temperature reaches as high as 45°C, the roof generates enormous heat, leading to discomfort which decreases outdoor play activities & learning opportunities.

This bought up the requirement of an energy efficient, fresh air cooling solution to enable children to learn in better surroundings.

The Solution

Our team of experienced project engineers surveyed the area and suggested the installation of 4 units of Evapoler’s High Static Machines of 15,000 CFM capacity each.

The machines were placed on the terrace & were connected to long ducts. Jet nozzles were used instead of air grilles for better air throw.

The Result

School Management is happy with well-designed evaporative cooling solution that not only helps to conquer the heat but also saves 80% on the electricity bills associated with typical air conditioning cooling.
